Following Crompton Greaves Consumer Electricals’ acquisition of Butterfly Gandhimathi Appliances, the brief was to deliver an immediate yet impactful brand refresh through products. I led a CMF strategy that redefined identity through color, material, and finish-bringing coherence to a fragmented portfolio. The result was a sharper brand narrative and measurable growth driven by successful new color introductions.
